The driveway runs right around the periphery of the building giving access to the drive up units which are a feature of this design. Internally lighting levels were increased above the industry norm and speakers were strategically placed throughout the facility to allow continuous piped music. Mezzanine floor: Designed for a live load of 5Kpa
Stage 1: GFA 1985M2 including the Office and retail which is 49M2.
Stage 1 No units: 120
Gloss white hallway panels with two rows of buffer rail and SS partitions. All the units have roller doors fitted with SSA stainless steel locks.
When fully developed this facility will have a GFA of 3953M2 and around 250 storage units with two goods hoists.
SPECIAL FEATURES
A feature of this facility is the colour schemes which the client has chosen to represent its corporate image. Steel Storage Australia has been commissioned to design a second facility nearby and the same corporate colours will be utilized.
