SPECIAL FEATURES
The special feature of this project was that the floor to the underside of the trusses is 3.65M. The client wanted to maximize the space above the ground floor units so Steel Storage Australia came up with the concept of filling this space over the units with a partial mezzanine floor to accommodate smaller units which are 1M high 1.5M deep.
Access to these units is via a mobile platform with stairs which can be wheeled to individual units. Steel Storage Australia came up with a structural solution which made this concept possible at low cost.
